杭州新朗環境工程技術有限公司成立于 2000年，專業從事綠色環保的清洗、清潔、消毒、養護、空氣凈化等產品的推廣、銷售、培訓、配送和服務。

新朗環境自2015年起與美國具百年歷史的跨國企業RMC（Rochester Midland Corporation）合作，進口 RMC用于機械制造、交通運輸、航天航空、石油化工、食品禽肉乳制品加工等工業生產制造行業的專業清洗、滅菌系列產品，以及酒店、CBD大廈、學校(包括幼稚園)、醫療機構、百貨商場、養殖業、餐飲業等商用行業清潔、消毒系列產品，還有專用于各個行業單位“廁所革命”的公共衛生間根源除味第5代SANOR®衛生間自動滴管系統、第6代百屋潔SIOGIENIUS®電子控制衛生間自動滴注系統等系列產品項目。

新朗環境于2019年開始與阿聯酋FDT公司合作，又引進了FDT公司植物油氧氣驅動凈化系統（迪氧凈®）。產品運用Neutra-Lox新技術，將水劑除味劑與100%有機植物油融合，通過設備自帶的氧氣自動生成驅動技術，能夠將除味劑和有機植物油持續緩慢揮發至室內各個角落，通過生物分解，將異味分子結構分解成氫、氧和二氧化碳，從而消除異味，實現室內環境空氣凈化。氧氣自動生成驅動技術是全球較為先進的。

Hangzhou New Radiance Environmental Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2000, specializing in the promotion, sales, training, distribution and service of green and environmental friendly products for cleaning, disinfection, maintenance, air purification etc.
 
Since 2015, New Radiance Environment has established cooperative business relationship with RMC (Rochester Midland Corporation), a multinational company with a century-old history in the United States, to import professional cleaning and sterilization products for the industries of machinery manufacturing, transportation, aerospace, petrochemical, food, poultry, and dairy products processing. , as well as for commercials such as hotels, CBD buildings, schools (including kindergartens), medical institutions, department stores, aquaculture, catering, etc. Other projects includes the 5th generation of SANOR® System, the 6th generation of BIOGIENIUS System, both of which are automatic dripping system used in restrooms for root deodorization.  
 
New Radiance Environment started cooperation with FDT in EUA in 2019, and introduced FDT's Oxygen Pro System - the oxygen powered AIR FRESHNESS SYSTEM. It utilizes the new Neutra-Lox technology to integrate water, deodorant and 100% organic oil and. Through the automatic oxygen generation drive technology that comes with the equipment, the deodorant and organic oil can continuously and slowly volatilize to all corners of the room. The molecular structure of the odor is decomposed into hydrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide, thereby eliminating the odor and realizing indoor air purification.
